Our Dentist
Rakesh Gadde DMD
Dr. Gadde graduated from dental school at the University of Louisville School of Dentistry in 2018 with externships in pediatric dentistry at the University of Washington and with NYU-Langone. After graduation, he worked at a safety net clinic in Southern Oregon. He then transitioned to private practice in Eugene, OR and Medford, OR. Since moving to Colorado in 2023, he has worked in private practice; as the lead dentist for the United States Embassy in Baghdad, Iraq; as the lead dentist for the United Nations Security force in Port-Au-Prince, Haiti; and a contracted dentist for Colorado Department of Corrections. He has extensive training in Dental Implants, advanced preventative dentistry, and other facets of general and pediatric dentistry. He received his Bachelors of Science with double majors in Molecular Cellular Biology and Spanish from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Masters of Science in Pharmacology from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center. Dr. Gadde is married, lives in Palisade, and is frequently found running with Monument Striders, cross country skiing, or sleeping on the couch with the TV on.

Rachael Jack RDH
Rachael is a professional dental hygienist who values patient education. She provides instructions on maintaining a healthy mouth and how to keep your teeth looking beautiful. She is very thorough when cleaning your teeth and is great at providing patients with customized care based on their specific oral health needs, including teeth cleaning and treating and preventing gum disease.

Kara Monger
Kara is a skilled dental assistant who has a knack for putting our patients at ease. Her upbeat, friendly demeanor helps soothe any anxieties and her expertise makes patients feel safe and calm.
Our Front Office
Lindsey Catt
Lindsey is the friendly face greeting you at the front desk. She is an expert at managing all of Palisade Dental’s appointment scheduling so our patients have little or no waiting time for their appointments. She is very knowledgeable and can help answer any questions you have about safety protocol, insurance, billing, and scheduling.
Melissa Wells
Melissa assists with scheduling patient appointments, following up with patients to confirm their appointment, and rescheduling them if necessary if they cannot keep an appointment. She helps make the office run smoothly.
